The Fire Brigades Union were delighted when First Minister, Alex Salmond agreed to officially open the new fire station at North Anderson Drive, Aberdeen.

Unfortunately in a provocative move, the Fire Brigades Union were not invited by Grampian FRS to attend the ceremony. We were however able to accommodate Mr Salmond’s request to meet officials afterwards to discuss other current issues.
