The FBU structure in Scotland consists of the following levels;
Regional/Brigade Level
EC Member |Scottish Regional Secretary | Scottish Regional Chair | Scottish Regional Treasurer
Elected by the members in Region 1 on a four yearly cycle
District Level
14 officials in seven districts (Chair & Secretary) elected by members within each district for a two year period to co-ordinate, inform and represent the branches and members within each Scottish District.
Workplace/Station/Branch Level
Each station/workplace elects a branch chair and secretary one of which will attend the district committee meetings on behalf of their branch members and raise branch business
Trade Sections
Specialist reps for Control, Officer and RDS members
Equality Sections
Specialist Reps for BEMM, LGBT and Women members
Specialist Remits
Officials with specific training in Education, Health & Safety and Fairness at Work
